TARA’s young people’s theatre group, Arts Beat has produced imaginative reduced Shakespeare productions of Romeo and Juliet, A Midsummer Nights Dream and Macbeth and will be performing Twelfth Night at TARA Studio in February this year. TARA is planning a young people’s Shakespeare Fest for 2010. Arts Beat gives young people of diverse backgrounds from Wandsworth and south London the chance to engage imaginatively with Shakespeare.
