TARA Studio is one of the 99 successful theatres across the UK to win a place on the Arts Council England’s Free Theatre initiative for under 26 year olds. This means that over 1000 young people will be able to see shows at TARA for free over the next two years.A Night Less Ordinary the Free Theatre Initiative will go live across the country on February 16th 2009, with a week of special activities at all participating venues to launch the scheme. TARA Studio’s launch weekend will include a free physical theatre workshop, a public play reading and a performance of Twelfth Night by our young people’s theatre group Arts Beat.
